Planning for school holidays

Planning for a trip during school holiday is not pleasant at all. The accommodations rate is freaking hike up. Ye la masa ni la the hoteliers taking over advantages nak untung kan, knowing malaysians ni kalau ada cuti sikit mesti nak holiday (termasuk diri sendiri) pfft!! hehe. Ok2. There's always a reason for a holiday. But on top of that, the quality time we spend with the loved ones that count. And oh, we also regard holiday as a reward. So there it is. Reward :)

Dah tiba2 pagi ni boleh terrr booking pulak accommodation in penang for 17-19 March. Eh eh. Apparently I've got a good deal from Agoda for *this* hotel, inclusive of bfast, pay later and free cancellation before 14th March options at lowest rate. The hotel of our choice must have swimming pool for the kids. N they have a huge pool. What's there to lose? Hehe.  So being a wise planner, I guess, why not? It's a great deal among the list. Ni kalau MM tau ni habislah aiii. huhu. It's not our regular hotel n area but I'm pretty sure he will love the location though. Haha.

The initial plan was to go to Legoland on March. Mama la plan kan.. konon nak reward Sara for being such a good girl when she's in standard 1. Indeed, she's doing great since the first day of schooling.  Acah-acah MM will agree terus la. Haha. Kau hingat dia cop duit ke ape? =p But come to think of it march kan mcm fast approaching je pejam celik dah nak habis January and nak saving pun macam tak sempat so we decided to make way to other places yang reasonable sikit. Legoland inshaAllah akan pergi juga this year but we plan it around Aug school break. Dah plan where to stay etc etc (yes I'm very smart like that lol). Ye la kalau dh pegi JB tu haruslah pegi Hello Kitty Town skali kalau tak mmg muncung sedepa je la. So penang it is. A place like no other- good foods; nasik kandaq pasemboq hoih sedapnya, hassle-free (tapi jem jugak), ada Kidland yg sara suka and it's not that far. And a plus point, dekat dengan kedah kihkih. And oh next trip ni I'll make sure we go to Butterfly Farm. Dulu nak pergi tapi tutup.

So  lets hope and pray that this "secretly-planned" trip will happen. May Allah ease our plan and give us (esp the kids) the best of health. Aamiin..

Hello (in advance) penang and legoland! hehe. Ooppss!

bye~

Sara & Adib @Cyberview Resort & Spa

And yes we are here! For 2 nights. Pre-book on hotel's website for Superior Chalet but been told during the check-in that Superior chalet is not available at the moment so guess what, our room has been upgraded to Executive Deluxe for no extra charge. How cool was that! Yeah I know I know. Hehe. The room is huge and super nice and it has a four-poster bed. Super like. And our chalet is only few steps away from the pool. Rezeki Adib n Sara. Its Adib's first outing and first hotel stays. Anyway I am so gonna enjoy our stay here in Cyberview. Had bfast earlier at Verandah Restaurant and strolling around the resort and surveying the pool area. Sara had her 1st round of swimming with MM while I bathed Adib in our room. Later will go to IOI putrajaya for lunch.  For now, lets cherish the moment and enjoy the photos while i'm joining the kids and hubsy for a nap. Later. Hope you guys have a splendid school break too.

Ordinary Spa at Penjara Wanita Kajang

Ordinary ke? Tak lah ordinary sangat. It is just a typical Balinese concept Spa. But what makes it ordinary is the location and the Spa therapist itself. It is the Penjara Wanita Kajang Spa I was mentioning about :) Went to these spa last week because I need a back massage so badly. Luckily I have an old friend working at Penjara Wanita Kajang as warden. I did asked her the procedure and such. She offered to make a reservation for me instead. Easy peasy :). So, I just went there and waited for her to bring me to the spa. I did not take photo at the spa (we are allowed to take pictures but I forgot to do so. Excited sangat). It is a beautiful place and the therapists were very nice to us. I had a splendid time and enjoyed the 1 hour full body massage of mine.My therapist was a 30-yrs-old Sulawesi-an and she's also a mother to a 6-yrs-old daughter.  The price is way too cheaper compared to the common spa. I paid RM40 for full body massage (traditional massage) an...

..

I am excited to update this dusty blog. But what shall I write about? - I don't know. Being in the third trimester - 36 weeks to be exact is no kidding. I guess when you're aging and pregnant you feel lethargic very easily. Maybe I am not FIT enough? But still, you have to deal with what you have to do at work and home instead. You could not complain much. Errands have to be run. I still cook for dinner, almost every day. Laundry, no exception. Cleaning, yes but once in a while though. Sara has been busy. I think she's still adapting to her new schedule. Previous 2-3 weeks was hectic for her. Despite a tight schedule at school, she had to attend numbers of rehearsal sessions for her first and second #TARI show. She looks tired, or so I think. But I can see that she had a pleasant time. You know the feeling when you've got the chance to do things that you fond of. That's more like it. Counting days to Adib's 3rd birthday. It's on April 28th. May this ...
