Upon the request of my bff,  Kader Ajet . Here's the recipe. Selamat memasak kaderku :) Preparation time : 10 minutes Idle time : 1-2 hours Cooking time : 35 minutes It's the easiest roasted chicken ever. I found the recipe from this website FoodNetwork  and loving it. It's quick to prepared. Ingredients: 4 pc chicken breast / drumstick part Marinated with below ingredients for 1-2 hours  : 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 clove garlic (minced) 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice For vegetable: Baby carrot (or common carrot will do), broccoli, asparagus, and any of your own liking. Method: Combine the marinate ingredients and coat the chicken with the mixture, Preheat the oven to 260 degree Celcius. Roast the chicken for 15 mins. Remove the chicken from oven and scatter vegetables. Then put back in the oven, roast for 20 minutes. marinated chicken and macaroni salad ready to serv

I've had the urge to bake and eat something chocolaty since last week. But my kitchen has nothing with regard of baking ingredients so I kept holding on. And so last sunday, after taking sara to kpmc kajang for her 18months old injection, we dropped off at #giant and do some baking stuffs shopping. So last night, my little chef, with the help of me, hehe busy-ing ourself in the kitchen. It was fun to have a 'companion' in the kitchen though. Forget the mess, ignoring the comotness. It is what we call 'bonding moment'. Well to tell the truth, i have not baking for months already. I had a nerve of what my muffin would turn to be. But to my surprise, it turned out well. Anyway, this is randoms. 1. Sara weighted 8.5 kg and 75cm tall at 1year 6 months-old (on 20th May 2012 to be exact). It was a good progress according to her pediatrician. She had her 'final' 18th months old baby injection. Next injection would be when she's 7, if we, her parents decided not to take chicken pox immunization. before and after :) 2.  Had a blast last weekend at Gold Coast Morib. Stayed for 2 days and 1 night. The room, foods, water park were okay. But it is still lack in terms of facilities. Oh come on, we're talking about a newly non-fully-developed resort. Overall it was an okay for us. A short trip but so much fun and excitement.  3. Had a second visit to Bagan Lalang for ikan bakar during the stay at Gold Coast. It was only 30++ km from Morib to Bagan Lalang. The ikan bakar cili was sooo tempting. We ordered siakap, pari, butter prawns, kailan, 3 glasses of juice. How much do you think it cost us? Well, just so you know Sara turns 1 year 6 moths old today. So I decided to make a "doodle" of what she's currently up to and what she likes. Just for our personal record. :)

Been listening to preggie and in-labour stories of friends makes me feel like, wah bestnya bersalin. Yes, it is bestnya bersalin, bukan bestnya mengandung. Off course being pregnant is amazing but during those period we hv to go thro the phases yg best n ada yg tak best; morning sickness and fatiqueness and suchs. I hope, if i am to giving birth again, i hope (hope lagi) I could still stick to my old O&G doctor, at the same hosp too. Tanak tmpt and doc lain bole tk? Its just tht I happen to feel comfortable with the doc and the -kpmc kajang. Hopfly i wont be transfer to other places yg jauh frm the hosp for few more years, or until dah decide taknak beranak lagi, bole tak camtu. Sounds mengada kan but I am serious. Really! been long since I update anything here. okay this will be random. i. apparently my application has been approved by uni and I am waiting for the enrollment which is on 24th May 2012. ohoho x sabarnya, that i have started to think of what bag I need to carry to class, shoes and do I need a laptop asap. erk, ada kaitan ke? lol ii. Sara is so fun to play with these days. She likes to play pushing her 'pram' pretending konon2 bawak the babydoll jalan-jalan. Pastu talk to the baby, jangan nangis etc etc. hahaha. And oh dah pandai sebut susu. but it sounds like "tutu". hehe. whatever lah. iii.  Suka sangat pakai kasut dalam rumah skrg. Like suka pakai kasut sendiri and then take off, then put on balik. Hehe :) iv. I was wondering how lah nanti when mama starts her master class. My class is scheduled to be on weekdays from 630-930 pm. That means on that particular day I will be off from home from 8-930 which means I didnt get go see my little girl f
