Babycenter.com: A breastfeeding and pumping working mom of a 8-month-old

I'm a breastfeeding working mom (a lecturer). Here's my schedule:

Weekdays:

5 a.m.: Nurse, change my baby's clothes and diaper, and she goes back down.

6:35 a.m.: Nurse again, Mama and Ayah get ready. Mama prepare baby food, EBM and stuffs.

7:30 a.m.: Ayah drive to daycare . Mama nurse.

9 to 10.30 a.m.: Morning nap.

11 a.m. Mama pumps at work. Sara has lunch: 4 ounces of breast milk, plus baby food — porridge with veggie and meat (chicken or fish)

1 to 2:30 p.m.: Afternoon nap.

3:30 p.m.: 4 ounces of breast milk. Snack: 2 ounces of fruit / mashed potatoes. Playtime / nap.

4 pm. : Mama pumps at work.

5 p.m.: Mama & Ayah picks up Sara and we nurse right away.

Once we get home, we play!

6:30 p.m.: Dinner: Cereal, plus 2 ounces of veggies, meat / 2 to 4 ounces of fruit.

8 p.m.: Bedtime routine: Nurse, book, lullaby, prayers.

9:00 p.m.: Sara is asleep.

Mama getting on for tomorrow.

In addition, I have just received Sara's swimsuit that I ordered from Little Kiddo Store. Sangat cute mute. Can't wait to put it on her. And oh btw, it is for our Bukit Merah vacation end of this month. We'll be going there since Yatto Berry have 6 free pass into the waterpark and as well as 20% discount for the stay - courtesy of his office : NSTP.

Sara & Adib @Cyberview Resort & Spa

And yes we are here! For 2 nights. Pre-book on hotel's website for Superior Chalet but been told during the check-in that Superior chalet is not available at the moment so guess what, our room has been upgraded to Executive Deluxe for no extra charge. How cool was that! Yeah I know I know. Hehe. The room is huge and super nice and it has a four-poster bed. Super like. And our chalet is only few steps away from the pool. Rezeki Adib n Sara. Its Adib's first outing and first hotel stays. Anyway I am so gonna enjoy our stay here in Cyberview. Had bfast earlier at Verandah Restaurant and strolling around the resort and surveying the pool area. Sara had her 1st round of swimming with MM while I bathed Adib in our room. Later will go to IOI putrajaya for lunch. For now, lets cherish the moment and enjoy the photos while i'm joining the kids and hubsy for a nap. Later. Hope you guys have a splendid school break too.

Adib. Mama minta maaf. I failed to understand you =( Now that I knew it. I understand. I will fix it. Mama dah faham kenapa Adib nampak reluctant nak pergi school, since the past few weeks. Adib, jangan risau okay? Mama is here, for you. Ayah, kakak & Ayra too. We are family. We help each other. Adib started kindergarten since 2019. In fact dia dah start trial class since end of 2018. We enrolled him in Brai**bunch because 1.we confidence with the system. 2. Adib dah kenal few aunties in BB sbb selalu jumpa aunties masa Sara in BB, so yeah, that's it. 3. It's Monte*sori. And everything was ok, about school. Nothing seems to be worried. Until, few weeks ago. He started to refuse school. Especially in the morning. Not refuse la. Tapi macam nampak dia tak nak pergi school. As he started to create so many excuses and mcm2 kerenah. Nak bawa bekal la. Nak tengok tv la. Nak main game la (otw to school). Nak suruh ambik awal. Asyik tanya bila nak cuti. Nak ...

Ordinary Spa at Penjara Wanita Kajang

Ordinary ke? Tak lah ordinary sangat. It is just a typical Balinese concept Spa. But what makes it ordinary is the location and the Spa therapist itself. It is the Penjara Wanita Kajang Spa I was mentioning about :) Went to these spa last week because I need a back massage so badly. Luckily I have an old friend working at Penjara Wanita Kajang as warden. I did asked her the procedure and such. She offered to make a reservation for me instead. Easy peasy :). So, I just went there and waited for her to bring me to the spa. I did not take photo at the spa (we are allowed to take pictures but I forgot to do so. Excited sangat). It is a beautiful place and the therapists were very nice to us. I had a splendid time and enjoyed the 1 hour full body massage of mine.My therapist was a 30-yrs-old Sulawesi-an and she's also a mother to a 6-yrs-old daughter.
